1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TSA CRM Hub (the "Service"), operated by TSA AI Solution Advisory ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at csteam@tsa-ai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. The Service
TSA CRM Hub is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that may include features such as customer and product records, meetings and related media, analytics-style insights, and AI-assisted tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
- attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures without authorisation;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
- use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except where prohibited by law.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a licence to host, process, transmit, and display Your Data only as needed to provide and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Data and that its processing under these Terms does not violate third-party rights.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and Stripe
Paid plans and usage-based features may be billed through Stripe. By subscribing or purchasing, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscriptions until you cancel in accordance with the Service and Stripe's processes. Pricing is as shown at checkout or on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms and policies, which are between you and Stripe. You may manage or cancel certain subscriptions through the billing portal or account settings where available.
7. AI features
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service or AI outputs.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation (excluding Your Data), is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Malaysia.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, one hundred Malaysian ringgit (MYR 100)).
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Data, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we cease offering the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions of law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
